Introducing our Service Credit system - a monthly benefit designed to enhance your experience with Samai.
Depending on your subscription level, you may receive a specific amount of Service Credits each month which can be applied toward a variety of service fees. The level of Service Credits for each current tier of account can be seen on the Pricing Page.

Please note that Service Credits are allocated based on your subscription tier and expire at the end of the current term of your membership (monthly for monthly subscription members, and annually for annual subscription members). They are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other forms of credit. For comprehensive details, refer to our Terms & Conditions of Supply.

Outbound = 0.028/min Incoming = 0.017/min
$10 of credit equates to: Outbound = 355 minutes, and Incoming = 590 minutes
SMS Text Messages
Message Segment = 0.0158/segment
$10 of credit equates to: 635 message at one segment per message.
Please note; image messages and emoji messages may carry slight higher charges.
WhatsApp Messages
Message Flows = 0.148/flow
$10 of credit equates to: 70 message flows
Email Sends
Message sends = 0.0014/email
$10 of credit equates to: 7,145 emails
Email Verifications
Verifications = 0.005/verification
$10 of credit equates to: 2,000 email verifications

Account Add-Ons (Optional Services)
Account Add-Ons are available to all members as optional extras and allow further enhancements to the Samai platform, and member experience.
Domain Name
Members may buy domain names through their Samai account. The pricing for each domain varies based individual criteria and is clearly shown when searching.
Mobile App
Members may build and launch their own mobile app using Samai. This service is available via an optional extra monthly fee of £63.00.
Wordpress Hosting
If members have websites on Wordpress they may choose to host their site with Samai. This service is available via an optional extra monthly fee of £12.00.
WhatsApp for Business is available as a integration. This service is available via an optional extra monthly fee of £12.00.
Dedicated Email Sending I.P Address
For members who are sending large volumes of emails (over 100,000 emails per month) they may like to choose a dedicated domain to further control email deliverability rates and email sending reputation. This service is available via an optional extra monthly fee of £69.00.
Auto-Address Search & Completion
When using the address field on a form members have the choice to select "Auto-Completion". If selected the user will be able to start typing their address in the address field and pick the correct entry from the dropdown field below. This service is available via an optional extra fee of 0.0059/per search.
Business Listings
Members can choose to integrate Samai with 'Business Listings' allowing them to manage their business profile listing on numerous national and international business listing sites. This is helps with overall website visibility and Search Engine Optimisation and Page Ranking. This service is available via an optional extra monthly fee of
£39.00.
Ad Manager
Members can choose to integrate their online advertising accounts with Samai enabling them to quickly and easily manage their paid media ads from within their account. This service is available via an optional extra monthly fee of £22.50.
Unlimited A.I
If members prefer a fixed A.I usage cost they may opt for Samai's Unlimited A.I Package. This ensures all their A.I usage fees are covered by one single monthly instalment regardless of the usage volume. This service is available via an optional extra monthly fee of £99.00.
Workflow Pro
Members who are using larger volumes of Premium Workflows and Trigger may choose to upgrade to this package allowing them unlimited usage. This service is available via an optional extra monthly fee of £12.00.
